The Texas Instruments TPS548D21RVFR is a high efficiency, synchronous buck converter featuring a true 4.5 V to 33V, 28A, Step Down Converter. It is a highly integrated, easy to use power solution for automotive or other environment requiring voltage regulation down to 0.8V or lower. It features a programmable input/output range of up to 33V and up to 28A of output current. This device also offers a wide range of protection features, and is capable of operating with efficiency up to 95%. The device also supports lower startup voltages, reducing overall power requirements, and provides the industry-leading transient response time of just 5µs. The device also includes an internal compensation network, reducing the number of external components required and allowing smaller and more efficient reference design.
