The Texas Instruments TPS55288RPMR is a 5.5V to 30V voltage regulator designed to deliver up to 500mA of output current. It offers high integration, high efficiency, and low quiescent current. This device is ideal for applications requiring few external components and low-cost solutions. It features an adjustable output voltage of 0.8V to 24V and features a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It has an integrated PFM mode to provides optimum efficiency and power savings. Its 3A peak current ability allows for quick load transients handling. The device is available in a standard SOT-23 WDFN package and Lead-Free (RoHS Compliant) versions.
