TPD2E001DRLR Datasheet
Description
The TPD2E001 is a two-channel Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array based on Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS). The TPD2E001 is rated to dissipate ESD strikes at the maximum level defined in the international standard IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4.
The DRS (3.00 mm x 3.00 mm) package is also available in a non-magnetic version for medical imaging applications.
